Classes We Offer

Hot Yoga Classes

This 60 minute class combines strength, flexibility, balance, and

mindfulness through a sequence of guided postures and

breathwork. The warmth helps loosen muscles, deepen stretches, and detoxify the body through sweat, all while building endurance and focus. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, making this an inclusive and empowering experience for everyone. Come hydrated, bring a towel, and get ready to move, sweat, and reset.

Hot Core Flow

This 60-minute heated vinyasa-Pilates fusion class blends

dynamic yoga flow with targeted core work to strengthen your

abs, obliques, glutes, and back body. You’ll build heat through

energizing sequences where every transition engages your core, then drop into a dedicated section designed to challenge and strengthen the entire midsection. Expect powerful planks,

stabilizing twists, deep core activations, and back body work —

all balanced with mindful breath, mobility, and a long, grounding cool down. Leave class feeling stronger, more stable, and fully recharged from the inside out. This is for moderate to advanced practitioners.

Hot Mat Pilates

Turn up the heat and fire up your core in this dynamic 50-minute Hot Mat Pilates class. Designed to build strength, stability, and endurance, this class blends classical Pilates principles with a modern, athletic flow—all in a heated room to amplify the burn. You'll move through targeted sequences that sculpt the abs, glutes, arms, and legs while enhancing posture, balance, and breath awareness. Modifications and challenges are offered throughout, making it accessible and empowering for every body. Expect to sweat, shake, and leave feeling strong and centered.

Hot Slow Flow

Move mindfully and melt into the heat in this 60-minute Hot Slow Flow class. Designed for all levels, this class offers a grounded, breath-led vinyasa practice with a slower pace and intentional transitions. The heated room supports deeper stretching, softens resistance in the body, and invites a calm yet powerful presence. Expect longer holds, fluid movement, and space to feel each posture from the inside out. This class balances strength and softness—perfect for those looking to build heat without rushing and connect more deeply to their practice.
