Classes We Offer
Hot mat Pilates 1
This beginner-friendly class welcomes students to the foundation of Pilates. If Pilates were a tree, this is the trunk. Through a focus on foundational movement, alignment, control, and core awareness, students will explore the bigger pieces at play in the practice. Participants will build knowledge and confidence while breaking a sweat in a supportive, renewing space. This class serves as an acknowledgment: strength begins in the development of the skill, not in the mastering of it.
Hot mat Pilates 2
Enter into a challenge with our level II Pilates class, where power meets refinement. If Pilates were a tree, these are the branches. Building on the foundation of our center, this intermediate class emphasizes strength, precision, and the details that truly define what it means to connect with your body. With an added cardio element woven into the flow, students will elevate their heart rate while maintaining control and intention in every movement. Here, we refine our control to better access the body’s subtleties, micro-muscles, and deeper layers of strength. This class serves as a reminder: we can always go deeper.
Hot Yoga Flow
This 60 minute class combines strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness through a sequence of guided postures and breathwork. The warmth helps loosen muscles, deepen stretches, and detoxify the body through sweat, all while building endurance and focus. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, making this an inclusive and empowering experience for everyone. Come hydrated, bring a towel, and get ready to move, sweat, and reset.
Hot Power Flow
Discover a practice that offers space to challenge yourself while staying deeply connected to your breath and inner rhythm. During this intermediate class, we combine mindful movement with an energizing sequence that blends muscle building and endurance. Expect empowering holds that awaken your core, build resilience, and invite you to trust your body’s strength.
Hot Slow Flow
Move mindfully and melt into the heat in this 60-minute Hot Slow Flow class. Designed for all levels, this class offers a grounded, breath-led vinyasa practice with a slower pace and intentional transitions. The heated room supports deeper stretching, softens resistance in the body, and invites a calm yet powerful presence. Expect longer holds, fluid movement, and space to feel each posture from the inside out. This class balances strength and softness—perfect for those looking to build heat without rushing and connect more deeply to their practice.
Hot Y + P
When strength meets yoga, power happens. This intermediate class is a unique blend of yoga and mindful strength training, designed to support and challenge your entire body. Expect an empowering, full-body experience that will leave you feeling sweaty and uplifted, both on and off the mat.
