As the sister location to Vessel Studios, our Crown Heights home carries forward the mission of building community through movement, breath, and sweat. Classes We Offer

Hot Yoga Classes

Our hot yoga classes are designed to detoxify the body, improve circulation, and enhance mental clarity. Set in a heated studio (~95°F), these sessions allow for deeper stretching and greater release. Expect dynamic sequences, focused breathing, and a supportive environment.

We also offer restorative and Yin for something a bit more gentle.

Hot Pilates Classes
